a few things that keep every visit private, unhurried, and worth your time. book knowing exactly how the chair runs.
a deposit holds the chair
every appointment is reserved with a deposit at booking. it goes toward your service, it does not add to the cost. it simply confirms the time is yours and mine.
payment
the balance is settled the day of your visit, at the chair. card and the methods shown at booking are accepted. no chasing, no after the fact.
arrive on time
a ten minute grace window is held for every appointment. past that, the visit may be shortened to protect the next man's time, or moved. on time is how everyone gets the full experience.
cancel or reschedule
plans change, that is fine. give at least twenty four hours notice and your deposit carries to the new time. inside twenty four hours the deposit is forfeited, since the time was held for you.
no-shows
a missed appointment with no notice forfeits the deposit. repeat no-shows lose booking access. the chair works when the time is respected on both sides.
your first visit
the first visit is a consultation and a cut. we map your look, your lifestyle, and how you want to be read, then build from there. come a few minutes early so we start unhurried.
come alone
the suite is a private, one on one space with limited room. please come without extra guests unless arranged ahead. it keeps the experience calm and focused on you.
feeling unwell
this is close, hands on work. if you are sick, reschedule and your deposit carries over. no penalty for taking care of yourself and the next man in the chair.
