Privacy
Privacy Policy.
Effective date: July 17, 2026
Most Fit Barber, LLC ("Most Fit Barber," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you visit mostfitbarber.com and related pages that link to this policy (the "Site"). It also explains choices that may be available to you. This policy applies to the Site only and does not replace the privacy policies of third-party services such as Google Appointment Schedules, Booksy, Instagram, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Google Analytics, or Meta.
1. Information We May Collect
Information you choose to provide. The Site may provide contact, production-inquiry, and application forms for Black Card, The Build, and Private Society. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, Instagram handle, city, profession, company, project details, goals, availability, application answers, acknowledgments, and optional marketing choices. Do not submit detailed medical history, government identifiers, payment-card information, or information that is not reasonably necessary for the initial request.
Booking and transaction information. Appointment availability and confirmations may be handled through Google Appointment Schedules, Booksy for legacy records, or another identified provider. A booking provider may share information needed to operate the appointment, such as name, contact details, service, time, status, and self-reported source. We do not directly collect or store payment-card information through the Site.
Technical and usage information. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers may automatically process information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and information used to detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
First-party attribution information. The Site may record a sanitized landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, referral code, anonymous session ID, and first- and last-touch timestamps. Before Analytics consent, this information remains limited to the browser session and may accompany an immediate form submission. With Analytics consent, a limited first-party record may persist for up to 90 days unless the choice is withdrawn sooner.
Cookies and similar technologies. Essential storage supports security and privacy preferences. Optional analytics and advertising technologies default to denied and are activated only after the corresponding choice in the Site's privacy controls. If enabled, Google Analytics may measure page and conversion events, and Meta may measure limited advertising events. The Site does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or health-related details to these measurement providers. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer.
2. How We May Use Information
We may use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; respond to questions and inquiries; review applications; administer lead follow-up and client relationships; facilitate and reconcile appointments through third-party services; preserve consent records; measure the Site when permitted; protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Most Fit Barber, our users, and others; investigate misuse or security incidents; comply with law and legal process; and support business administration, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution.
We will not use information in a way that materially conflicts with this policy without providing appropriate notice and, when required, obtaining consent.
3. How We May Disclose Information
Service providers. We may disclose information to vendors that host, secure, maintain, or support the Site or our business. These may include Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for anti-bot verification, Supabase for secure CRM storage and authentication, Google for appointment scheduling and consented analytics, Meta for consented advertising measurement, and Google Apps Script for restricted operating notifications. Providers process information under their own terms and our instructions, subject to appropriate contractual or legal protections where required.
Third-party platforms selected by you. When you choose a Google booking, Booksy, Instagram, maps, or other external link, your interaction is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy. We do not control those services.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; protect rights, property, or safety; detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed as part of a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
With consent. We may disclose information for another purpose when you direct us to do so or provide consent.
4. Sale, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling
We do not sell personal data or use personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Optional advertising measurement is disabled by default and, if enabled, is controlled by the Advertising privacy choice. We do not permit sensitive application answers or direct identifiers to be used as advertising event data.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with law. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the source of the information, and applicable legal requirements.
Third-party services retain information under their own policies.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control. No website, network, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Restricted application responses are designed to be separated from ordinary lead summaries, and public browsers are not authorized to read CRM records. Users should avoid sending sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identification information through Site forms, Instagram direct messages, or other informal communication channels.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal data, or to appeal a decision regarding a request. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling.
To submit a privacy request, contact us through the business contact method listed on the Site or by direct message to @mostfitbarber on Instagram. Before fulfilling a request, we may need to verify your identity and authority. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
The Site provides browser-based Privacy choices for optional analytics and advertising storage. Rejecting nonessential technologies does not block essential Site functions or application review. Clearing browser storage may reset your saved choice.
8. Texas Residents
Texas law may provide eligible residents with rights concerning personal data and may impose obligations on covered businesses. Some small businesses may be exempt from portions of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, subject to important exceptions, including restrictions concerning the sale of sensitive data. We intend to evaluate and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly through the Site from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information in a manner that requires parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If a minor uses a third-party booking or communication service, the minor and parent or guardian are also subject to that service's policies.
10. External Links and Services
The Site may link to Google Appointment Schedules, Booksy, Instagram, and other third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of third parties. Review their policies before providing information or using their services.
11. Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated for a United States-based business. If you access the Site from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
13. Contact Us
Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through the Site contact form when secure submissions are available, another contact method listed on mostfitbarber.com, or by direct message to @mostfitbarber on Instagram.
